1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (5-8 Business Days)

Express (3 Business Days) Additional Charge

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 10-14 business days (s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

4. RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 30 days) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items are FINAL SALE, such as items on clearance, or items checked out from promotional sales may not be ineligible for returns..

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

Saints&Sinners is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us as soon as possible so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Any damages or mess-ups on our end we will always honor a replacement for that item with no additional cost to customer. Please attach any images of damage or errors when submitting email.

How can I cancel my Order?

We strive to deliver your order with the maximum efficiency and speed possible. For this reason, the moment your order has begun it will not be possible to cancel unless we are contacted immediately.(see policies)

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders typically take from 14-20 (start to finish) business days to process. We ship USPS as a standard method which can take an additional 3-5 days depending on your location.

If you have an important date you need to meet and don't see an option to meet that date at checkout, please leave us an order comment and we will get back to you with options.

OOPPS!! Issue with my order, how should I proceed?

Playas F-Up too, with that being said ANY ISSUES on our end will have the option of a full refund after all items are returned (we will cover all fees), or option to exchange items. It is our goal to ensure you are completely satisfied with your items. If you believe your goods were misprinted or are otherwise defective in excess of the allowable tolerance, please do not hesitate to reach out. This is a one woman show and I strive to meet all expectations. Claims must be open within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Local pick up is available for some, when checking out please make sure to choose local pick up and leave a comment with a email address and when order is done processing directions and instructions will be send out.
